Do you currently have knitting/crochet classes?

We are currently not scheduling any new classes.  Please check our classes page for the most up-to-date information.

  

Do you wind yarn?

We wind yarn upon request.  There is no charge for winding yarn that you buy from our store.  If you order online, please leave us a note with your request to wind your skeins prior to shipping.  

 

Where is my order?

You can find the most up-to-date status of your order by using the tracking number assigned to your order.

 

My order states it has been delivered but I have not received it.

Please send us an email to team@l2d2yarn.com with your name and order number and we will look into the delay.  

 

Do you only ship to the US and Canada?

We ship around the world!  Please be aware that there may be additional customs charges in certain countries.  Please check your local customs policies before placing your order. 

 

 

I saw a finished item or model in one of your videos/pictures.  Can I buy a kit to make one of my own?

Yes, please send us an email with all the details and we will create a special order for you.

 

Do you sell any finished items?

From time to time, we will have some finished items available for purchase. 

  

Do you provide finishing services?

At this moment we do not offer finishing services.
